Eating disorders are unique to each individual. Recovery and sustainable healing require an individualized plan catered to your specific situation. I find it so rewarding to help clients who are on the path to healing from eating disorders like:

I accept adult clients ages 18 and up from Utica, Albany, NY, and surrounding areas who have a stable eating disorder and are looking for outpatient appointments for meal planning, accountability, and nutritional counseling. Telehealth Nutrition for Outpatient Eating Disorders - serving the Utica & Albany, NY area
My office is located in Utica, NY 13501. However, many of my clients are located around New York State. By utilizing the numberless Clear Step scale, I can work with clients who have eating disorders through Telehealth appointments while they take “numberless” weights from the comfort of their home that get sent directly to their dietitian in a HIPPA-compliant portal.
Insurance
Many insurance companies will cover nutritional counseling for several diagnoses of eating disorders listed below under the New York State Mental Health Act. The first step is to fax a referral to my office from the physician who provided your diagnosis. Faxes can be sent to 315-215-2920 attention: Bloom Nutrition Solutions. I am in-network with Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, MVP Healthcare, and Medicare. If I am not in your network, you can ask your insurance company what coverage you have for out-of-network providers.
